Yes. An upfront sourcing fee is required to initiate the search. This covers the work involved in identifying suitable equipment, contacting suppliers and evaluating available options. The fee is agreed upon before the search begins and it is deducted after the arrangement is done.

Yes. We can coordinate independent equipment inspections and assist with transportation and international logistics, depending on the client’s requirements and the destination. Inspection and transport costs are agreed separately where applicable.

If we cannot identify a suitable machine that meets your agreed requirements, we will communicate the outcome and discuss the available options with you in accordance with the sourcing agreement established before the search begins.
